Where We Are

The ReverdeSer Solidaridad reserve is located in Altautina, a small settlement of 28 inhabitants situated between Villa Dolores and Villa Cura Brochero, in the Traslasierra Valley, San Alberto Department, Córdoba Province, Argentina. We are 18 kilometers from Villa Dolores, which is approximately a 45-minute drive on dirt roads. The reserve lies within a Chaco forest area, an ecosystem that hosts a unique biodiversity essential for the region’s balance.

Access to Altautina is via a dirt road that is generally in good condition, but the last 3 kilometers leading to the property, which cross a private easement, have uneven terrain and potholes. Nevertheless, it is possible to reach the area without major difficulties. From that point onward, access to our lands is more challenging: there are no marked paths, no direct vehicle access, and no nearby parking areas. The terrain is rough, and the lack of water and shade makes reaching the reserve a physically demanding journey.

For these reasons, we are not yet able to receive visitors on a regular basis. We are working to prepare the space in the most respectful way possible for the environment and in a safe manner for everyone. Every step toward opening is a celebration, and we eagerly look forward to the day when we can welcome visitors. In the meantime, we remain committed to the regeneration and preservation of this unique place and its history.
