In the heart of Traslasierra, a forest awaits its rebirth…
260 hectares of native forest are being protected and regenerated by ReverdeSer, a project dedicated to restoring soil life and preserving a key ecosystem of the Gran Chaco.
This land has been degraded by deforestation, intensive livestock farming, fires, and extractive activities.
Yet, it remains a vital refuge for biodiversity.
Today, this balance is at risk.
Our Role
We accompany the natural regeneration of the forest and protect the habitat of iconic species such as the Puma and the Condor.
We intervene minimally, respecting the rhythms of the land and allowing life to regain its own balance.

Temporary Guardians
We are a diverse group united by a single intention:
to restore harmony between humans and the Earth.
Our action is simple: care.
Caring for the trees, the soil, the water, and the animals that sustain the ecosystem’s balance.
The forest is a living organism.
Our work is to accompany this process with respect and humility.
Our Vision
To accompany the regeneration of the territory and rebuild the bond between humans and nature.
What We Need Now
To consolidate and protect this territory, our current goal is to raise approximately €122,000 to cover:
• Land regularization and protection
• Perimeter fencing to prevent livestock intrusion
• Tools and ecological restoration materials
• Minimal infrastructure for caretaking
• Biodiversity monitoring startup
These initial steps will help secure the protection of the land and ensure the long-term regeneration of the ecosystem.
We seek individuals and organizations willing to engage meaningfully in this care and preservation.

Our project is not alone.
In collaboration with a neighboring group protecting over 1,100 hectares, we are part of an ecological corridor of approximately 1,360 hectares of native forest already in regeneration.
This corridor keeps the forest connected, allowing life to move and regenerate freely.
Today, a concrete opportunity arises:
The possible acquisition of a 1,400-hectare plot located between both reserves.
If realized, the total protected area would reach nearly 2,760 hectares of native forest, consolidating a large-scale biological corridor.
“Regenerating the Earth means regenerating ourselves. We do not own the forest; we are its guardians. Here, nature teaches us its wisdom, and we learn to become part of its balance.”

How we work:
Our work is organized into two forms of presence:
- 240 hectares of Sanctuary: a non-intervention area where the forest regenerates naturally.
- 20 hectares of Learning: an active area where we restore the soil, guide water, and develop regeneration practices.
